Return & Refund Policy

At Mirza’s / Showoff Women, we strive to provide the best quality products. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
• Returns are only accepted for:
  • Damaged products
  • Wrong item received

Non-returnable items

• Sale items or discounted products
• Customized or stitched products
• Used or washed items

Return Process

• Contact us within 3 days via WhatsApp or email with:
  • Order number
  • Photos/video proof
• Once approved, return instructions will be shared.

Refunds

• After receiving and inspecting the returned item:
  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
• Refund will be made via:
  • Original payment method or bank transfer

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• Return shipping cost will be:
  • Covered by us (if mistake from our side)
  • Paid by customer (otherwise)
